JCR vs. Nate's 4x4
What are the pros and cons of each. After I get my tax return back I will easily have enough money to get a new front and rear bumper. I'm leaning heavily towards the JCR Stage 1 front bumper. I like Nate's but by the time I add everything I want to it it easily dwarfs the price of of the JCR. Does anybody have the Nate's without the front hoop? I also know the quality of the JCR because one of my friends has one, and runs into stuff all the time with it on purpose and other than a few dents its holding strong. Also, for the rear I really don't know what I want to do. I think the Nate's looks a little bit better because they angle it in on the ends, plus it's cheaper but I'm not too sure on how strong it is since it doesnt have the frame tie ins like the JCR. Also can people that have gotten bumpers tell me about what you paid for shipping just so I have an idea on what it is going to cost me total. Any insight would be appreciated as would pictures if you have them of either.

Yeah I know, but at least you know your getting quality since they build it from the ground up.

I have no first hand experience with Nate's stuff. I do think he makes quality stuff, judging from some of his customers comments in posts.
I do however have have lotso time under my belt at abusing JCR products. I have both front and rear bumpers as well as sliders all from JCR. All of it has held up to whatever I have thrown at it. I'm very happy with all of my purchases and highly recommend them. Great customer service and just all around good guys. That lifetime warranty is nice too. |

Dude, spend the extra money for a winch bumper. I didn't because I thought I would never buy one. I'm kicking myself now.
