JCR rear bumper opinions

Im need someones opinion about how the JCR rear bumper I want to buy will look, with my jeep being green and the bumper black......will it look ok??.....the end caps will need to be cut and then they match right up to the black bumper.......maybe someone even has a pic

heres a pic of what i mean, but this isnt my jeep mine is green and you see the black bumper, but this looks ok cuz its a black jeep with faded end caps

I think it would look alright. Maybe you could paint the bottom edge (ie below the door guards) of your jeep black that would make it all look tidy

Doing somethinglike this in black checker plate would finish it of nice to

He's got a Classic so I understand where he's coming from as I have one too. His bumpers/endcaps are body colored. For the record, mine's also green. I think it will look fine. Besides, do you have an a/m bumper up front too? If so, I bet it's black. In that case it will match the front. If not, are you planning to get one in the future? You can always go down to pepboys and get a can of matching paint and rattle can it. :2cents:

Just so you know, that JCR bumper will not come painted black. It will be bare metal.

You have the option for it to come powder coated, which it black. Can't complain, I ordered mine powder coated and it's been great so far.

I wanted to paint my bumper the same as my body color but it just doesnt look right. Just paint it black and paint a strip of black or rhino line the strip along the bottom of your doors. Even if you dont it will look great. But just my opinion I used to think I liked the monocramatic theme, but it just doesnt work in reality. But with some cheap paint from walmart you can paint it every week if you want.

You can't do that with expensive hardware store paint?
