Ive got a trade lined up for my Jeep, should I take it?

Someone has contacted me about trading my Jeep. He has a 2 door 96' XJ Sport. Rubicon Express 3" Lift and 31" AT Tires. This is all I know about it right now, but I am supposedly gonna get some pics later and I will post them. Should I take it if everything seems good?

why would you want to trade.. i would look it over real well. you could go from having your jeep which i am assuming runs good. and you could end up getting his rig which may end up needing all kinds of work down the road

Well it is essentially the same process as buying a Jeep. If I sold it for 3500 and bought a 2 door for 3500, in effect I traded my Jeep for another one. Get what Im sayin? I love 2 doors and I think they are so much better than 4 doors. Plus it is 7 years younger than my rig and probably less mileage. It would be nice to have the HO engine as well, plus bein able to pull codes, and all that good stuff the older renix models did not have.

Here is an interesting way to look at this, why is he wanted to get out a a newer jeep for something older? Sounds kinda fishy to me! If its in good shape I say go for it, but I wouldn't want to trade a new car for an old car unless there was something wrong with it.
