Instrument Panel not working

Well, for starters i took out my headliner.

After taking everything out and spraypainting the top, finishing that all up i forgot to disconnect the battery again ( i left to get more supplies so i had to hook it back up)

Anyway, my doors wont lock, but they will unlock.
My instrument panel doesnt work, and i have no interior lights.
(instrument panel shows when brights are on, if hatch is open, but wont show battery gauge, mph, oil pressure, engine temp or the like)

Does anyone know which fuse needs to be replaced (im hoping that is all that is needed)...or do you know where to find a thread on it. I found no results that helped me out.

Any help ASAP is good. My jeep is in a parking lot here at my apartment, so i would like to lock it up.

I have to ask
I could understand you removing the headliner on a pre '97 XJ
but why would you remove it from your 2k?
and paint the top?
