I need urgent advice please!!!

I am planning on buying this 2001 Jeep Cherokee tomorrow and everything about the jeep is mint, it has 129,000 miles. Had all brakes and rotors done, new alternator, battery, serpentine belt, o2 sensors, everything is up to date. I asked for pictures of frame and he sent me these. I want to know if this is normal or if this is a cause for concern. I am going tomorrow to see it and any advice would be great.

Frame looks great. The other stuff just looks like surface rust. Nothing there would scare me away.

Frame looks ok, not great to me. But that steering stabilizer is rusted out, $40 something for a new one though. Coil springs and suspension don't look too pretty. Now given it only has 130k miles on it, makes me question what has it been through.

Parked outside a lot? Maybe over grass or some other area that stays wetter longer?

Looks great for a 13 year-old New England vehicle. Lived there 47 years and saw much worse in a shorter time. If the price is right, jump on it.

It looks like surface rust and if you can't poke a screwdriver through it,
then you're ok for awhile.

Any signs of overheating? Any water in the oil or oil in the radiator?
I suppose you know that the head on many 2000-2001 XJs is prone to cracking.
This one might not ever crack, but if it does you'll need to replace the head.
If you are buying it to modify it, you probably won't mind that much.

The 2001 has a lot of nice features, the mileage is low, and it has a few new parts.
