I can't get it back in the hole!!

I popped out my PCV to clean it out and now I can't it to go back into the valve cover!!!!!! Any suggestions? (And yes, I know I opened myself up for a lot of "That's what she said" jokes so bring it on ) Thanks for your help!

i tend to use lube when that happens

Assembly lube works wonders.

It's just a rubber piece right? Soften it up by boiling it.


Current: Black 89 limited, dakota bastard pack, zj coils, 1.5" lift, open cooling swap, bronco 2 carrier, rad fan switch

i would never boil it. not only would that be very painful, but i doubt she'd like it afterward... unless, i guess, if your into that kind of thing...

just wet it around the edge and it should glide right in.

Just ignore the screaming and get it on in there. Once you get it started everything will work out.
