You can straight cut the front, but you know to cut and fold aroungd the spot welds in the rear right?

You can fold the front personally i wouldn't i think it looks a little funny, i think because the metal is so thin there it's hard to fold it back without rounding off the edge (if that makes sense).

oh and if you're already cutting on it, the ol' bumper chop can look pretty good.

Jigsaw with 24 TPI for the front works like cuttin' butter. Draw your lines with a sharpie and go to town. I personally preferred the angle grinder with a cutting blade in the rear for the cut n' fold, just my opinion.

or if you can find a friend to let you borrow one a sheet metal nibbler makes trimming the fenders super precise and easy. it also doesn't vibrate the hell out of the fender like a saw zall

we did mine with a nibbler and it made the strange lines of the tj flare simple

edit: crap i forgot i exceeded my bandwidth. o well i guess we have to wait

That's what I used front and rear on my rig. Worked great.

I littarly (an hour ago) just cut and folded the back on mine. And a few days ago did the front. I used a die grinder, it worked well except my air compressor isn't the best so i need to stop and wait for more air. O ya my name is Caleb as well!!
