how to swap 97 tj 4.0 into 99 xj

i will have a week to swap in a 97 tj 4.0 into my 99 xj over spring break while i'm home, i need to know how hard it's going to be, swaping an engine from a diferent model jeep, I have done direct engine swaps before (same year and model vehicle) i was just wondering what diferences there will be and how to get it doe right, thanks so much!
