How to build a stroker

Hey guys looking for a little info, I want to build my own stroker but not sure what I need to. I've got a spare 4.0 just sitting in my garage that I to use. Any help would great. Thanks

Yea .... It's pretty easy really ... You can also mill your head done .. I think it's a 0.0025 in .... It will help your compression. I'm a fan of the poor man stroker... It's a really strong build, nice bang for the $$
