High idle, long hot crank

Still ironing out the bugs in my 96 cherokee 4.0. It starts up fine when the engine is cold but when it warms up it idles high and when shut off and restarted while the engine is still warm it has about a 3-5 second crank. It also stumbles when you push the gas quickly. I recently installed a new distributor/cam sensor/cap/rotor(came as a complete assy) and spark plugs about 250 miles ago. It was doing this b4 the install and went away after but has returned.

When its hot, test the CPS to see if its out of range. They tend to get heat soaked and cause problems when the jeep is hot.
