here's an easy one
My stock '98 cherokee been making some grunt noise with a sharp right at a crawl.Tought maybe the tire was rubbin something but ended up being that protective rubber sheet like material they use to keep debris off pulleys and whatever else on front of motor.
It was ripped on one sidemost of it barely hanging on but is in place.Don't want it to fly into some moving parts so I'm gonna rip it out.

Should I replace it? I normally wouldn't......... but I like this vehicle
