I'm swapping a 92 4.0 into my cj. Right now its turning over but not starting. I have the cps relocation from hesco and its set at .025

It's throwing these codes:
12: battery disconnected recently, I get that one
36: all I can find for this one is something about turbo
33: ac clutch relay. I do not have ac in my cj so this makes sense. How would I fix this? Or do I need to?
35: radiator fan short. I am running electric fans, so does this make the code come on? How would I fix this? Do I need to?

Would any of these keep the engine from starting??? Doesn't seem like they would.
