Heater problem???

Finally got a break on the outside temps yesterday! Little cool this morning so I thought I would try out the heater in the new to me XJ. Heater works but not enough to roast me out. Blend door not shifting all the way??? Plugged heater core??? 2001 4.0L AW4 and 138000 miles. Any ideas? Seems that at this point it wouldn't be any warmer than my CJ this winter!

Temp gauge reads 210* Probably could verify it is close. Any ideas???

Clogged heater core? Check the temp of each hose that goes through the firewall. Same temp or noticeably different temps? How hot are they compared to the other end near the thermostat housing?
