heater fan problem

i got a problem with my heater/ac fan, it will only blow on high its off on low or mid level, and it makes a horrible sound when i start it or while it's on. do you guys think i need to replace it or oil it. and if so how do i pull it out.

thinking about doing it all, but then again **** it i can wait until im rich.

Heres the fix for it only being on high, you burnt out the resistor. The write up shows one from Radio Shack, but the whole peice is not $$ at the dealer either. As for its making noise. It could be filled will leaf and bark if you haven't used it in some time. If thats not the case its probably on its way out. Anyways heres the write up. Good Luck

it worked i now have low and mid blower speed thanks again xjing!

FWIW, the stealership told me, and it makes sense, that if the blower motor is weak (possibly from running on high for a long period of time) that the thermal fuse will continue to blow due to overheating in the air duct (which is what it is meant to protect against) and the blower motor may need to be replaced.
