Heater doesn't work: 97 xj

I just had my heater core replaced and everything has been fine until 3 days ago it stopped blowing air. There was some buzzing coming from the glove box and I realize its a relay. I swapped the relay in from my other jeep which I know works and it buzzes exactly the same, and still no heat/air movement.

Now when I start my jeep and turn the heat on the lights on the climate control area turn on and it buzzes with the frequency changing depending in what setting I have it on (1,2,3,4) but when I turn my lights on the lights turn off and it doesn't buzz (still no air)

What's going on?

Mouse stuck in the blower?

There is a common problem on 97+ XJs where the blower motor resistor craps out. Usually air will only come out on one setting then it quits all together. Yours may have failed or maybe the motor quit. I don't think you will know until you pull it apart unfortunately.

Here is a how-to thread on the blower motor resistor fix:

Thank you for the reply.
Fortunately I just found the issue. The place that changed my heater core for me (I'm capable, just no tools) used a butt connector in the ground for the motor and it broke off where it connected. I have heat again!
