Ground strap

I just noticed I forgot to install the ground strap that goes from the back on the engine to the firewall... Could this cause any problems?

Yes it can... Anything from radio static, computer glitches all the way to rapid corrosion ( electrolisis) of the cooling system.. And for the 5 minutes that it takes to put back on, it's worth the hassle of one less thing to trouble shoot later if you do start having problems

My rule number 1. If the factory put it on. It's there of a good reason.

Very back of the engine block, should be attached to a stud on the back of the block, and runs from there to the firewall.
