If interior looks as good as exterior, if there is normal or less PA rust evident, if it drives tight, is responsive to the pedal and the engine purrs and the mileage is accurate, then it is priced right if I owned it. Verify the front left quarterpanel repairs and ask about accident history needing those repairs. Check for clean title (not salvage title). You can lowball it at 2500 but would probably lose it to someone else at 3k. Check underneath for excessive oil loss or offroad abuse. Starts promptly. Take it off the pavement and put it through TC changes and listen to sounds and feel the response. Evaluate sellers reason for selling such a sweet looking xj. Fix a price you can live with and jump on it.
