Gauge issues

Ok here's the deal an any comments would be gratefully appreciated. I just got the jeep an noticed the door was sagging on driver side upon inspection I found hinge was pulling off. I lifted it an welded it, well I didn't even think to unhook my battery " Yes I know better but I didn't do it". With that said all of the gauges, heater an cig plug was working. Now nothing works but my dash lights!?! I have checked all the fuses, all the grounds to body to the motor an frame. I even went as far as replace the whole dash cluster an no corrosion any where. Some body please help me get in the right direction I'm stuck!!
