Can someone point me to the fuse panel diagram (with assignments) and the pinouts for the stock radio on a Jeep Cherokee Classic, 1996 4.0L? I have the PDF of the 2000, but there was a substantial reengineering in 1997, I believe, so it's only of limited value - thanks in advance -

Oh, and let me point out that I performed a search on the forum and found a couple of listed assignments (no diagram), but they aren't consistent with what I'm seeing - first off, it indicates that the fusebox is near the passenger kick panel, whereas mine is on the driver's side. 2ndly, the fuse that I remember controlling the radio was 10A (even though I can't remember which slot), and it controlled the radio, dome light, and power locks, also inconsistent with the postings - Can't entirely explain that, but there it is -

Wow, that was a big help - got myself all back in business now - I had been able to find sources on the web with proper assignments to all 4 speakers, but the power distribution colors were all screwed up.

And what a great site for future use (maybe even with other vehicles).
