Having recently purchased a 2000 Cherokee Sport, I'm looking for a fuse diagram for the in-cabin fuse box. The manual refers to a card (either as part of the manual or at the box), and none is found in any location...

Aparently, from the people I've spoken to, this is a rather common problem... The service manual from the local Jeep dealership isn't of much help, as the book references circuits within the book. The only way to make any use of the chart is to own the service manual...

I'm hoping someone has something they can help with...

I'm not looking for any fuse in particular, but a mapping of "fuse n is responsible for circuit x" for the 20+- fuses in the cabin...

Any help, either in direct answer or references to other resources is greatly appreciated..

Unfortunately you are correct. There is no diagram other than whats in the FSM.

I'm not very skilled with electronics but looking at my FSM I think this is what the fuses go to in the junction block which is inside the jeep:

#1(25A) - aux power outlet
#2(25A) - cigar lighter
#3(10A) - left headlamp, fog lamp relay
#4(10A) - left headlamp
#5(10A) - right headlamp, daytime running lamp module
#6(5A) - trans slector switch illumination, transfer case switch illumination, instrument cluster, radio, rear wiper, A/C-heater control, rear window defogger, front fog lamp switch, and extended idle switch(police pkg)
#7(10A) - left marker lamps/turn signals, fog lamp relay, fog lamp switch, trailer tow connector, license lamp, left tail/stop lamp
#8 - spare (switched circuit - start/run)
#9(10A) - compass, sentry key immobilizer module, headlamp delay module, instrument cluster
#10(15A) - back-up lamp switch, transmission range sensor(4.0L A/T), daytime running lamp module, duty cycle evap/purge solenoid(gas), radiator fan relay, A/C compressor clutch relay, oxygen sensors
#11(20A) - powertrain control module, transmission control module, automatic shutdown relay, fuel pump relay
#12(10A) - combination flasher, instrument cluster
#13 - spare (not switched - connected directly to battery)
#14(10A) - power mirrors, rear window defogger switch
#15(25A) - passenger power lock/window switch
#16(10A) - right headlight
#17(15A) - radio
#18(10A) - heated seats, driver power lock/window switch, power mirror switch
#19(10A) - clutch interlock switch and switch jumper, engine starter motor relay
#20(15A) - trailer tow connector, trailer tow left/right turn relays
#21(15A) - horn relay, horn switch, horns, overhead module, clockspring
#22(20A) - rear wiper/washer switch, rear wiper motor
#23(10A) - right front park/turn signals/side marker lamps, right tail/stop lamp
#24 - spare (switched circuit - run only)
#25(15A) - blower motor relay, blend door actuator, shift lock solenoid, extended idle(police pkg), A/C-heater control, controller anti-lock brake and relay
#26(10A) - airbag control module
#27(10A) - airbag control module
#28(25A) - power lock/window switches
#29(25A) - power seat switches, heated seat relay
#30(20A) - wipe/wash switch, front wiper motor

Now go get a FSM to make sure I didn't make any mistakes!
