Front Bumper problem

I recently rammed a police car in the rain with my 89' Laredo. Yeah it was a great deal of fun.

Anyway, i was trying to take the bumper off today and ran into some problems. The left bracket is all smashed to hell and its actually preventing the removal of one of the bolts from the frame, look.

I suppose i may have to seek professional help, or try to saw it out with some random tool my dad may have, but i thought i would post here and see if anyone had any ideas for me.

Front view

bracket to frame bolt.

The bracket has squished around the bolt head

The smashed bracket is preventing direct attempts at the other bolts.

And i thought i would throw this one in the mix, just for good measure.

that torx head bolt on your second picture can be removed, another up top and the bumper can be removed from the bracket, usually, not sure how bad it is, none of it really looks slavageable, I would cut the bracket off right before that bolt, not sure if you are trying to salvage the bumper and bracket or just get it off for replacement, good luck.
