Floor pan trouble

When is it too late to start this kind of project? Didn't think my floor pans were this bad but yeesh that rust really spreads! It even went to to rear also.

Oh btw I snapped three bolts getting the seat out, only one that didnt break was the 11/16s one

it's bad but not that bad really, I've seen far worse repaired just depends on what metalworking skills you have.

90 - xj laredo- 4.5" rough country lift, 6.5" of total lift with drop brackets, zj disc brakes on c8.25, olympic winch bumper, jcr upper and lower quarter armor, IRO hack-n-tap and rock sliders and rear bumper. rugged ridge 8500lb winch. Spartan locker up front. With a jd yellow paint job, 97+ front end and bushwacker cut out flares. 35's
