Floor pan/replacemtn help...

96 cherokee. i was wondering im thinking about replacing some of the floor pans(have yet to rip out seats and carpet) because i do have some rust issues. so far i have rust on the rocker panels on both sides. my drives side is rusted through and needs to be replaces. what im wondering is if the rocker panels are seperate pieces that arnt part of the driver and pass front floor pans? or would it be better just too replace the floor pans and rocker panels to make sure the problems is taken care of. below is a picture of what the drivers side and passenger side look like. thanks for the help. also any suggestions on where to get good replacment pans? the last thing not to overwhelm everyone is that ive done some research and found that the floors on cherokees usually rust front the inside out due to the carpet soaking up water... so i was thinking about getting a bolt in vinyl floor molding to use instead of carpet after i fix the rust issues. any helps greatly appreciated. thx.first picture is the drivers side... second is the passenger side. again thanks for the help.
