Question Exhaust leak?

Ok guys, I just had a Jasper engine put in my xj early this year and she runs beautifully! But just recently, like within the last 3 weeks I've started hearing what sounds like an exhaust leak. I only hear it under load, mostly only when I'm towing my 14' aluminum jon boat. So I put it in park and had my girlfriend rev it while I investigated underneath and I cant hear it. I can ONLY hear it when I'm driving. I tried seafoam to see if I could see anything, and it didnt even smoke. Probably because my engine is new. I thought maybe I had a cracked manifold but I thought it was pretty unusual to crack a manifold on the 2000s, am I wrong? Could it be that my manifolds need torqued again after the new engine install? Anyone ever had this sort of issue? It's just a straight pipe with a Vforce muffler. No Cat.

The obvious answer is to check torque on any and all fasteners that may have been loosened during the engine install. This would include the flex plate.
