Is this a ex sheriff jeep

Recently got this jeep and it had stripes on it. I can see where it head light bar. It also has a plug coming out of bumper? Few antenna wiring and toggle switches.

Could be a police package, or could be a fleet jeep. Does it have a switch for ext idle? Would be down by the rear wiper switch.

Exhausted my Google-fu abilities. Came close, but no dice. Did find some inspiration though.

However I believe that is an active police vehicle. You could do the whole getup, it just would have to be a trail rig only.

That's just a late model cluster I believe. XJ's and TJ's had 100 mph clusters.

2. Alternator. 130 amp standard.
3. Carpet delete was standard with rubber flooring. Carpet was optional
4. Front and rear sway bars were thicker to reduce body roll. Also, gas monotube shocks were used.
5. Transmission cooler was standard
6. ABS was standard.
7. 1997 and newer models had standard Unity brand a frame mounted driver's side spotlights.
8. 92-96 models had no trim, black fenders, black grille. 97-01 models usually had body color fenders and bumper
9. They came stock with the heavy-duty steel 5 spoke wheels, and LT225/70HR15 tires
10. There is a gasket/plug in the driver's side B pillar for routing the lightbar cable.

The 4wd models came with the upcountry skid plating and tow hooks, the 2wd's only had the engine skid.

1992 demo vehicle. I dont have a clue where i got this picture from

The police speedo go's up to 120 mph and the word "certified" is written in white below the Mph/kWh marking.

Ok thanks. This does have skid plates on it and fits 30s with no rubbing. Is it possible it might of have special ordered the skid plates. I don't think my last cherokee had skid plates.
