Just thought I would close this thread with pictures of it all painted now. Would look even better with the 38's and tube doors on, but had limited time and you get the idea:

Damn that looks sexy painted.

Quick sorta unrelated questions... info on your internal cage? Looks like a RockHard cage? Also, got info on what you've done with your backend -- rear bumper and armor? If you've got threads on both already you can just post links.

This is an amazing job! I am always picky when I see exo-cages and this is an amazing front end! I don't see anything that I would do different! Good job and happy wheeling! I love the large pipe size as well!

I'll tell you, u and ur buddy could sell that cage/bumper as a whole slide on kit. Have it bolt on the where the front bumper bolts on, then have it weldable on the rock sliders like you have. Im serious, that would be the first product where all you would need in advance is a pair of rock sliders/upgraded rocker panels. Im telling you, you could make a good amount of money with that i bet! I know for a fact that I would be one if the price was reasonable. Just make it so that you slide it on from the front you know, then attach.

Shipping a complete welded unit would be a real PITA. Truck freight plus a seriously oversized crate. If he was to do something along those lines it'd probably have to be offered as a weld-it-yourself prebent kit, like how most roll cages are sold. T&T Customs might also not be happy if he outright copied their front bumper. It'd be easy to change it enough not to be an issue though.

How much COJeepin? lol Just change the bumper with atleast 3 different dimensions and ur good by the way. And that would make more sence with the prebent kit.

Not to mention the cost of steel is very high. Factor that in with what Jason said, as well as labor costs and a small profit margin, and it is likely to be more than most are willing to pay.

Anyway, the finished product looks awesome!

I am humbled, and bow down to thee. I am merely a stone in your ocean of fabrication knowledge. I aint squat compared to you. I almost hung up the welding hood and gloves after witnessing this fine work.

COJeep, your work is TOP NOTCH.

Thanks for all the great comments, but alas I am not the one with the talent to bend tubes and notch them with very little gaps (and I mean very little gaps). I have a friend who owns his own company called Twizted Engineering here in Colorado. I gave him an idea of how I wanted it to look and he did all the bending, notching and welding. It was quite amazing to watch actually.

Jason - I will post up what I did to the back over the weekend for you.

Love the exo! Hope you don't mind if I steal a few ideas off of you when I do mine. Thinking that front end will complement what I'm using as inspiration for the rear:
