Half dead instrument cluster

My dd is a 2000 xj, and about a week ago half of my instrument panel went dead simultaneously. My fuel gauge and speedometer are dead and my oil pressure gauge reads maximum pressure. I have checked my grounds, one was loose, but I reattached it, I have checked all of my fuses and they are fine. I even replaced the instrument panel with another used one and nothing changed. Is there something I am missing?

UPDATE: My jeep sat in the driveway for a while for financial reasons. However, I finally took it to the shop and the problem was the computer. Got it replaced and all the gauges are now working, except the fuel gauge. They told me the wires were somehow severed from the electronics. They were able to jerry-rig it at the shop, but it's gone bad again. Gonna have to give them a call to find out what they did so I can re-do it.
