The chip will do nothing much for a 4.0l , you can get your TB bored yourself for less than 100.00 . And don't worry about the warm air intake it won't do a lot for you. And to top it off if you improve your air intake it dosn't do anything if you don't improve you exhaust,

ehh that kit isn't worth the money for what it will do... which isn't much.

Heres how to get the most power without stroking the motor:

-Cold Air intake, with a shield so it actually gets cold air
-Bored out throttle body
-High flow cat convertor
-2.5" cat back exhaust
-tune up with new plugs, wires, etc.
-run some fuel system cleaner through it to clean out your injectors

A chip won't do much for the 4.0L. It is an old design closer to a tractor motor than a modern car engine, so the easiest way to get more power is the old fashioned way.

You can buy it and throw it in the back seat. You will get pretty much the same result as having it installed. Your best bet for better performance is a bored throttle body, and free flowing exhaust. If you have larger than stock tires regearing the axles to match tire size will be the most effective gain in power.

The only thing that the chip does that helps at all is it raises the transmissions shift threshold meaning it holds it in gear longer so you can get up to a higher RPM before it shifts. The higher the RPM and the later it shifts the faster it will be in racing type scenario, this is useless for a jeep since almost everything out there is going to faster anyway. So yes it's pretty much a waste of money.

You unfortunately cannot have the best of both worlds. Generally if you increase power, efficiency decreases. The opposite is generally also true.

Yea the 4.0 really is more of a tractor engine than anything lol, and it doesnt really respond well to mods like alot of engines will.

This is the truth. I did all of this for my Jeep, and it does make a difference. the Edge kit will do nothing for you, it's kind of a waste of money.
