eAutoWorks Headlight Harness No High Beams

Finally got around to installing my eAutoWorks headlight harness and wow the low beams are bright and work great, my only problem is the high beams dont work. I swapping which plug goes into which relay but I had the same outcome with great low beams and no high beams. Could it be a bad relay?

I suck withe electrical stuff so any help would be appreciated

could be a bad relay, grab one from the XJ, like for the aux fan or something and try it out.
do you have DRL? i have heard this can mess it up, but im not sure.
