doorless in PA?
does anyone know the laws for driving a xj doorless in pennsylvania?

I am going to do this mod soon. I figure as long as I have at least 2 mirrors I should be ok. If I get pulled over, hopefully I will only get a warning and will put them back on. Then I will only pull them when I go off roading.

Considering it's now legal to drive minus a windshield (as long as you have goggles on) thanks to the no helmet law*, I'm sure you'll be fine doorless.
*As it was explaned to me. For what it's worth there is a cj I see daily in the summer that rides with a completely open cab: no winshield, top or doors.

I believe the law says something about 'designed to be removed by the manufacturer'. The Wrangler style Jeeps would fit that category. I think it would mostly depend on the local authority. Make sure you have mirrors.
