Did some wheelin' today :)
Yep, me and my friend (wish she was my GF, long story...
) went out to my property which is around 45-50 minutes away to see if the 30-acre field was mowed; I'm wanting to throw a party out there this Sunday so having it cut short would be nice; thank god it was...Anyway, all the roads are rough gravel plus there was a little bit of mud (it's been REALLY dry in MO lately so it was kinda cool to see mud); also the way into my property was actually a challenge; I had to pick a line! It was pretty fun; she loved it. The thing I noticed: 1.) My XJ flexes REALLY well; i didn't even disconnect the swaybar since I wasn't really "wheelin'" for awhile; just a little bit 2.) M/Ts do real good in gravel; they hook up and slide nicely 3.) OME SHOCKS ROCK! OMG, driving down rough gravel roads at 35MPH (any quicker and I'd slide beyond my comfort level)... I didn't feel much at all; all I heard was rocks flying into my fender wells. I am SO glad I got those shocks. Plus, when cruising along my field, it was nice to not be bouncing around all over the place since the ground wasn't smooth by any means. I had a real good time. I wish I could have snapped some action pics but all I have is the after shots. I'll post them up tomorrow. The Jeep isn't "really dirty"; but it's got enough crap on it to look aggressive; I think it looks nicer clean, but cooler dirty. I'll have even more fun at the party Sunday! ![]() --Dan.

Uh, on paper, sure. The MAIN roads were rough gravel but the tiny road (well trail) leading into my property was pretty technical. Like I said, nothing crazy by any means; but it was still fun. I'm still hoping for a G2G or something at an offroad park so I can hit some *real trails*. --Dan.
