Death wobble when braking & @45

i just changed out the bearings in the front of my 89 xj, because it had a light vibration @45-50mph, the driver side bearing assm. came apart when i tried to pull it off
but now when i brake i can feel pulsations in the peddle and steering wheel, and at high speeds it causes the entire jeep to shake like the entire thing is about to fall apart. and when i drive 45-50 it shakes aswell, so pretty much when trying to slow down on the highway, braking and slowing down around to 45-50 my jeep looks like a wet dog trying to dry off.

think its a warped rotor? but then why shake @50mhp?

Did you torque the wheel bearings on the install 175footlbs sounds like that may be your problem.

I would retorque the axle nut, then remove the rotors, and have them checked. if that doesn't do it next I would have the tires balanced.
