DW won't go away the faster you go. The axle gets into a back and forth motion that won't stop until you stop. I had it on my XJ. At 45 it would shake violently and other cars would slow because they could see it happening.

Found my Trac-bar bracket was loose at the axle and causing the axle to move. Tightened it and it went away but my upper mount is toast. Now I have a tire balance issue too that needs to be take care of. Which more than likely is a bent rim since I have had them balanced recently and it didn't help.

could it be that shock type looking thing on my trac bar or what ever you call it.?
It could also be an out of balance driveshaft... You can easily troubleshoot this by removing the front - test drive - reinstall, remove the rear - test drive - and see if anything changes.

Otherwise if you are sure its not those then go ahead and troubleshoot it like DW until you find and fix the problem. No harm in that but it just doesn't sound like DW to me... Start with the trackbar. Then go to (in whatever order you want) ball joints, steering joints, control arm bushings, alignment. And I'll throw in there engine mounts and transmission mounts for good measure.

If your tire is hopping off the ground, it sounds like a wheel/tire balance issue. But I don't know why it still does it with different wheels/tires.

It is possible an axleshaft is out of balance or out of round as mecompco mentioned.
