death shake
Ok we installed the 4.5 lift in the 2000 xj i just put a new track arm on and a new universal . took for the first ride shakes so much almost go off the road. i need some more help any would be great . I am lost for answers

did you have it aligned?
do you have a SYE? the lack of either one of these at that height will tend to cause a very large amount of vibrations. -Kyle

we dropped the trans . and it shakes so much when u hit a bump the tires chirp .

transfer case drop(temporary fix) or just put a SYE in. at that height you really need it.
is the trac bar tight? did youg et an alignment? you dropped the trans??

ok
yes i droped the transfercase and it shook and chirped before the lift i was hopping with new lower control arms and bushings it would help things. yes i put a new trac bar in .. im not sure about the alignment because all that changed was the caster so it would make the steering touchy not throw the front end around .i gess im going to changed all the ball joints and tie rods and hope that fixes it..

With the stock steering system, when you raise the body in relation to the axle without aligning the front end it will toe the front wheels in. That is why an alignment is required when a lift is installed.
Get the alignment done, then start replacing parts if it still has death wobble.

well i would get it dune but needs ball joints so waist of time till i get them in rite rite..

solved
well last night got all the parts, 2 ball joints all tie rods and new stabilizer .. got dune took it for a drive all fixed hahaha.. what the hell
