I have a closed length of 33" on my spicer flange style shaft. I am running about 5.5 " of lift. If your ordering the shaft from a distributer ( high angle, spicer, RE, tom woods etc..) they will know exactly what you need if you give them the info you posted.

You will have to measure that yourself, get the jeep on some level ground, and measure from the center of the U Joint on the TC slip yoke to the u joint on the rear, and you should have a pretty accurate measurment.

You didn't mention if you are going to run an SYE.
I used to have the same 4.0, aw4, np231, chrysler 8.25, with a 5.5" lift and an RE Hack-n-tap SYE and my shaft was 33 1/2". I measured from the flat flange on the SYE to the center for the ujoint and then ordered the shaft from RE.
