Wish I could weld... or even have a welder to start learning lol.. welding is an amazing skill to have especially for axle swaps Those are some very pretty welds if I should say so.

Well considering im swapping the axles, to dana 44s, which have 6 on 5.5 lug pattern rather than 5 on 4.5, i can no longer run my ravines.

And thank you

You can run adapters for a while if you don't want to buy new wheels right away. And I say save up for a nice set of beadlocks, cragers aren't bad but would be my last resort if funds aren't available. A set of AEVs would look great and keep a similar style to what you have now.

Agreed ^
american racing baja's aren't a bad choice. They are fairly easy to find. Just got myself some wrapped in 33s
You would have to order them new b/c i don't think thats a common bolt pattern on those rims. Most have the 5x4.5

Right now im gonna stick with the soft 8's, because theyre cheap, and i dont wanna mangle up aluminum rims, my ravines have seen better days, and im only going to do harder and harder trails.

In your first post you said you were using 1.25" heims and 1.5x.250" tubing for the lowers, which has an ID of 1"(those heims have a shank of 1.25"-14 tpi). I used 2"x.250" wall for all my links, and 1.25" for the uppers too just for consistency, one spare joint etc. My uppers/lowers are actually the same length, so I could conceivable carry one spare arm, if I thought there were a reason to. Good luck!

Blah blah blah blah.

In the first post i said, "1.5 ID .25 wall DOM, possibly going to be sleeved with 2 inch ID DOM, not sure on the width yet. I still need to do a little more research.

Inner diameter.

I want a longer upper so even at full droop the pinion on the axle will be pointed at the output on the tcase.

So you did, my bad.

My buddies truck is a daily driver so maintaining the caster was the goal with the equal length uppers/lowers. Not enough change in pinion angle to make it matter much.

Blah blah blah blah.
