my goal is to finish my passenger side by wednesday, or at the latest sunday, the two days i have off from work. I got my passenger side rocker cut out today, and i got the passenger side 2x6 all cut up, caps welded on, and i got 2 of 4 outriggers finished.

I just need to cut the holes in the floor, and weld it in, easier said than done hahha.

i hear ya. i really dont mind the welding, its all the got damn cutting a replacing the rusted areas on mine that is driving me crazy. everytime i cut one part out i find more rust lol. and i only want to do this once.

gotta get yourself a high lift now. since i bought mine i cant stop using it and tractor supply has their house brand on sale for like 39.99 right now.

I actually have one, its an offbrand model.

I jacked up the jeep by the slider and it was completely solid even when i bounced the jeep up and down on it.

The door gap stayed perfect and the door opened with ease, even when the entire weight of the jeep was basically on that slider

are you planning on going high clearance and cutting the doors/fenders or in the same place as the current rockers.

i went high clearance and plan to tack an L bracket to the slider and drill thru the fender and bracket and bolt it on. currently i dont have anything and it doesnt cause any issues.
