Clunking from transfer case.

With the front wheels jacked off the ground, if I spin the tires, there is a clunking coming from around where the front shaft meets the transfer case. It may be coming from the case itself, but the shaft itself has some spin play to it. I JUST replaced the u-joint on the driver side axle shaft. I guess another u-joint is bad??? Any other possibilities?

A slight clunk is normal.
