clunk clunk, my front axle goes clunk (when turning left with accellerator pressed)

The title pretty much says it....

took it to 2 local shops,

1 told me it was my passenger side axle ujoint, and the wheel bearings in that side

the other shop told me it was the passenger side ujoint and the drivers side ujoint

so i head home.... poceed to pull my axles, and what do i find? nothing....

the ujoints are all free moving, not jammed stuck etc, no play if they werent dirty and rusty... i would say they were almost new.....

so check the hub bearings (all looks good, and no play when i have a tire on it either....

any bright ideas? it is still clunking..... Oh and just replaced front rotors and pads.....

Mine did the same thing. It drove me nuts trying to figure out what it was. Everything was in good shape and torqued to spec. It just went away one day. I never did figure out what it was.

Mine did it in 2x or 4x also. A lot of forum members told me it might be track bar related. I couldn't find anything though.

I'd keep the front sway bar in place. Just replace the bushing.
