cheapest front bumper/winch combo

Whats the cheapest front bumper/winch combo for my 98 XJ, i want to go cheap but i still want quality. Recommend me some bumpers and winches, thanks

used ones locally will be your cheapest bet..
i paid 400 for my Warn used.
i paid 305 for my smittybuilt winch new from 4 wheel parts..
get the jeep fixed?

Nate's 4x4 and a Harbor Freight 9k would be your best bet.

go to detoursusa, and get their cherokee backbone system. that way, you keep your bumper and get a winch.
