cannot close electric operated windows

2004 Grand Cherokee Larado - all windows stuck in open position & cannot close them from driver's master or any door. (Yesterday they would not OPEN!!)

Electric door locks not work from driver but OK at front passenger.

Also mirror adjust buttons not work which is strange to me since there is a separate plug and only 3 wires - unless the driver's modual supplies the power to it also - which I suspect that to be the case.

Also what was weird is that the inside lights were on as I drove it in this condition.

there appears to be no fuse for these controls.

also no broken or pinched wires in the driver's door well connections.

The door panel is off and the driver's control modual removed.

Is the driver's main control modual the problem? I see several on ebay.

Any & all help is muchly appreciated!

Thanks - Dennis

You should ask this question in the GRAND Cherokee forum. This forum is for the "regular" Cherokee, produced from 1984 until 2001.
