began install of lift this weekend. 14yr old nuts and bolts to be removed only allowed us to only finish the front. keep in mind the back is already raised 3 inches. I cant wait to finish it up and put some 33s on it.
thanks for the opinion on the tires. i will be tire shopping in a month or so. im will see what prices the local tire guy can get and will probably go with the best priced one. im sure i will be happy with any of the 3 i am looking at.
-rock sliders. im going to make them myself. can anyone with sliders tell me what screws are commonly used to mount them to the unibody rails?
-paint job. not neccessarily to look pretty but more to protect the jeep. my hood and roof are getting into bad shape. i found some bad *** enamel rattle can paint at the hardware store that is used to paint tractors. i figured this stuff would provide some nice protection.
i have thought about limiting straps, but what about extended upper stops? id like to set it up to droop almost as much as possible. the brake lines have a few more inches in them. the jeep wanted to crawl over that tree.
u could do the extended upper bumps but that would limit the uptravel. shorter shocks might be better? im not sure of the best possible combination for what youre trying to set up. but as of now that thing will climb that tree if u let it lol

the bed lining is fairly straight forward. it's the upol raptor liner. lots of sanding and cleaning, then hook to an air compressor and go to town. I did 3 coats. if I did it again I would have put por15 down first, or a sound deadening spray as a base coat.
