A/C Compressor Clutch Pulley Bearing

My A/C compressor clutch pulley/bearing is making a squeaky noise during cold starts and goes away as the engine is warmed up. The A/C system has been non-operational for the past three years and I never bothered to fix it as I only use the Jeep during winter. Is there a way to either rebuild the compressor pulley assembly and replace the bearing or change to a different belt and bypass the compressor altogether? Appreciate any input from the experts.

You can replace the bearings or you can purchase a bypass pulley and eliminate the compressor.

Thanks. I just saw the other thread about the pulley bearing and where to get one. Any leads on the bypass belt would be appreciated.
