c-clips

Do c-clips come in different sizes? My 8.8 is ready to go in but one of my c-clips was misplaced. Can I use a c-clip from my 8.25? Will it be the same size?

I wouldn't think so. The shaft diameter of the 8.8 is a lot bigger than the 8 1/4 so I doubt they'd fit.
