Budget lift for budget wheeler

Does anybody have any facts on how to easily make or swap budget lift/suspension parts from other vehicles to fit an xj? such as springs, custom revolver shackles, control arms, etc. doesnt have to be highway safe, just flex good, fit bigger tires, and most important CHEAP!

You could use V8 Grand Cherokee spring and a puck for 3 inches of lift. And look at that i have got them and a puck. I would like 30 for the springs and 40 for the puck. The shipping would be about 30 total. For 100 you could have 3 inches of lift up front.

Like they said.... I used Rocklizards info along with a 2" spacer. S-10 for the rear. Search around and you'll find lots of info..

Yes. have fabracation tools mig welder, torch, grinders, pipe bender. im new to jeeps and can get alot of used offroad parts cheap for other vehicles especially fords and chevys. i was wondering what can be used to make sum serious lift without buying a $1500 lift kit.
