F150 coils are STIFF. Aftermarket coils are cheap, buy those.

Dont know if this was posted but, 01-04 V8 WJ power steering pump, bolts in to 96?+ XJs. All you need to do is plug a return hole, and toss a xj pulley on. I can turn the wheel from the outside with one finger and ive blown the pump out before.

V8 ZJ swaybar.
V8 ZJ Swaybar onto an XJ/MJ - Jeep Cherokee Forum

Also, will WJ swaybar links fit? They have a horizontal bushing at the top rather than a threaded vertical stud, so link extensions and such would be easier. They look like skyjacker links, but shorter.

i found a transfer case skid that will bolt right up off of an 87 cherokee wagoneer. also got a front skid off of a v8 zj that will fit with a little bit of imagination.

From what I've seen the rotation is backwards. Probably set up for the pitman arm to be in the other direction.
