Brakes Dragging
Ever since I bought my Jeep it has had this dragging sound from the front brakes. When it was inspected, the pads were worn so I replaced them, The pass front pads were worn unevenly and the rotor had rusted from where the pads werent contacting. I chipped off the rust and put the new pads on. This was 5k miles ago.
Yesterday I rotated my tires and noticed that both sides on the front axle were dragging mildly on the rotors... Is it time to rebuild them or should I just ignore it as the pads are not wearing abnormally as of 5k miles.

It sounds like possibly a sticky caliper, or maybe the pads are not sliding as they should be. Without seeing what you're describing, it's hard to say, but those are just some gut instincts.

Come to think of it, the slide tracks were a little rusty. The silicone grease did near nothing to alleviate this.

Just buy a pair of rebuilt callpers, some new slider pins/bolts, and be done with the whole sticking caliper thing.
