Bouncing RPM at Idle

88 XJ when I start it in the morning it'll idle fine but the RPM's will bounce 2-300 rmps. Thinking possibly tps? IAC is clean along with the throttle body just did those last week along with spark plugs. I know I'm due for a cap, rotor and wires. Any thoughts?

Do this first then post back if it didn't help.

Maybe check your vacuum limes, especially the ones in and out of your intake manifold. That happened to me, one little line came out and affected everything.
