First, I had him weld the inner C’s up, both inside and outside and also welded the tubes to the center section.

these welds are definitely not clean enough they need to be redone Immediately. I will let you give that axle to me if you dont want to redo the welds again.

Great job both on the install and the write up. Congratulations, most people have no idea how much work is involved.

Would you happen to have a list of all the parts that went into this? Maybe you posted that already and I'm just blind.

He was very descriptive on basically each and every step... reading back through should give you every detail for pretty much every part you need...

Basic list:
-197-1975 Ford F100 housing
-Yukon 4.88 gears with Yukon master install kit
-ARB air locker
-Riddler diff cover
-Alloy USA inner shafts for a Waggy
-CTM U joints
-Warn outer shafts for a Chevy/Jeep 44
-Spindles out of a 1972-1976 Chevy K10
-Hub assembly out of a 1985 Ford Bronco
-Backing plate and caliper off a 1984 Chevy K10
-Warn Premium locking hubs
-Chevy knuckles
-Parts Mike High Steer arms
-Waggy pitman arm

There are more smaller parts, like ball joints and axle seals, but I didnt think you would need to know those.

edit for other things I forgot:
-T&T truss with all mounting brackets
-3/4'' heim for axle end trackbar
-Johnny Joint for frame side trackbar

As for parts.
Don't forget all the mounting brackets. This one looks like a very expensive kit.

I edited the post.

The truss and mounts were actually not that expensive. Compared to some of the other parts..... very minimal cost.

Sure, Ill build you one.

Lets see..... $65 per hour x 4 years=$9,110,400

How does that sound? Price reasonable?
