150K is nothing for the 4.0L, i'm about to break 210K and I get plenty of power still. Once in a while ill roast the tires or bounce it off the rev limiter from stop lights just for fun.
There isnt much in the way of aftermarket parts like there is for 5.0 or 350. Most dont bother with cam swaps unless you stroke it out to 4.5L+.
The EFI on any jeep before OBDII is super easy to make work with any setup on the 4.0L
